Botox is FDA approved in Mansfield TX to treat urinary incontinence in adults resulting from overactivity of the bladder detrusor muscle caused by MS or other conditions. The recommended dosage is maximum 200 units per treatment. Botox is injected through a procedure called a cystoscopy, which may require general anesthesia. The clinical effect lasts close to 42-48 weeks.
